Our founder, Donna Pohlad, grew up hearing about Apple Cider Vinegar from her mother, so she learned about the benefits of ACV for health and hair – it has antimicrobial properties, seals the cuticle which adds shine, is naturally conditioning, and helps maintain pH balance.

While ACV is extremely powerful, Donna also knew that on its own ACV could strip hair color. So, she set out to find a way to take ACV, compliment it with other ingredients with great benefits for hair and scalp, and create a line of products that helps protect hair color.
